Gardenside is a two story cottage with the Master Suite upstairs and the living space and remaining two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. The cottage is equipped with a heat pump, AC, and many other modern amenities for your enjoyment.

The MASTER SUITE is located on the second floor and is fitted with a King bed and luxurious linens. The master suite features a jetted soaking tub, marble walk-in shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.

The SECOND BEDROOM is located on the main floor and features a Queen bed, luxurious linens, and a large closet   The second bedroom shares a bathroom just one step down the hall.  The bathroom features distressed hardwood floors, bath/shower unit, toilet, storage and classic pedestal sink.  

The THIRD BEDROOM is located on the main floor and features a Queen bed, luxurious linens and a large closet.  The third bedroom shares a bathroom just a few steps down the hall.  

The LIBRARY is comfortable for cuddling up with a good book, playing chess or checking email.  It is separate from the living area and bedrooms and provides privacy and work space if work needs to be done while on your visit.

The fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal.  From wood floor, to Stainless Steel appliances, to concrete countertops.  The kitchen also includes a microwave, toaster, and numerous accessories necessary to prepare your delicious bounty.  Complimentary coffee and tea are available to start your morning off right on the right foot.

The open DINING ROOM is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large farmhouse table with seating for 6.

The LIVING ROOM features comfortable furniture, 36" TV, cable, DVD player and wireless internet.

The LAUNDRY ROOM is equipped with an iron, complimentary washing machine and dryer use with a 3 day stay or longer. 

The BACK PATIO is adjacent to the kitchen and features a gas BBQ, patio furniture, privacy, a serene setting as well as herb, fruit, flower and vegetable gardens.
